Conditions for Return

    • Sports Equipment: Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
    • Sports Accessories & Supplements: Returns must be initiated within 3 calendar days of delivery.

  2. Eligibility Criteria:

    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
    • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
    • Any seals on the product (if applicable) must be unbroken.

  3. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Inventec cricket bats (as these feature artificially drawn grains and are custom-built).
    • Items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with by the customer.
    • Swimwear or items without original packaging and tags.

How to Initiate a Return

Once your returned item is received, our Quality Inspection Team will evaluate it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above. This process may take up to 7 working days from the date of receipt.

If the return is approved, you will be notified, and your refund or replacement will be processed.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued for eligible returns. You may request a refund if:

  • The product was not delivered within the guaranteed time (e.g., 45 days, excluding processing time).
  • You received an incorrect or defective item.

Exclusions from Refund:

  • Refunds will not be issued if the product does not arrive due to factors within your control, such as an incorrect shipping address.
  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by exceptional circumstances outside our control, such as customs clearance delays or natural disasters.

Replacement Policy
