We are not responsible for custom clearance. we shipped the items after proper testing and taking care. If customs authorities of any country make any issue or drill any item for checking then we will not be responsible. No refund or replacement will be made on these items.

CUSTOMS FEES

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

DELIVERY PRACTICES

Reception of the Products

For Cash on Delivery, sealed items or packages cannot be opened unless the payment is made to the Delivery Agent. The Delivery Agent shall not take the item back if the seal is opened.

SECURITY

Order can only be delivered to a private address (e.g. home, work address). Kindly note that we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes, and or restaurants. If the payment is made with a credit/debit card, the person receiving the order at the delivery address needs to show his or her CNIC to our delivery agent.
