Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • no return or refund on inventec bats. 
  • you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

 

Returns Policy

Before returning an item, please read through our Returns Policy on this page, to make sure your item is eligible for return.

  • For Sports Equipment, you have 7 calendar days after delivery to notify us that you want to return the product.
  • For Sports Accessories and Supplements, you have 3 calendar days after delivery to notify us that you want to return the product.
  • Your return can be initiated by calling our Customer Services at the number (+92) 315-4640085 or by sending an email to info@sportsmanbazar.com.

SPORTS EQUIPMENT

Item is not the one ordered, or the item is defective, counterfeit, or damaged at the time of delivery.

  • The seal must be intact if there is one.
  • The item should be in original condition.
  • Item must not be used.
  • Item must include all packaging & accessories.

  • 7 days to call customer service.
  • Courier the item via a recognized courier company.
  • Inform Customer services via email/telephone.

Within 7 days of receipt of your returned team, you will be informed of the validation check performed by the SMB Quality Team.

If validated, you will be refunded the amount within 7 working days via

  • Bank transfer.
  • Cross cheque.
  • Credit card reversal.

Item is not the one ordered OR item is defective, counterfeit, or damaged at the time of delivery.

  • Courier the item via a recognized courier company.

GENERAL FAQ’s

  1. Any item which has been used / or sealed has been opened.
  2. Any item which has been damaged during your handling.
  3. Any item whose original packaging i.e. tags, stickers, the plastic cover has been damaged.
  4. All swimwear items.

Contact Customer Service at (+92) 340-160-8485 or email info@sportsmanbazar.com to confirm that your product is eligible for return. We will explain to you the return procedure.

Please be prepared to give the following information:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The reason for the return.
  3. The method of refund that you would like and the necessary information associated.

Once your product is received, your product will be checked by our Quality Inspection Team.

We will make sure that your product meets all the requirements for a return as stated in our policies.

The quality evaluation may take about 7 working days from the date of the item received. Once the quality inspection is completed, we will send you an email or call you to give you the result of the evaluation.

If you prefer to replace your product, just let our Customer Service know and we will call you as soon as your initial product has been received, and we have looked into the availability of the replacement product.

If your return is invalid, then we will call you to explain the issue and send the item(s) back to you. We will arrange delivery of the item.

Bat Grains

We sell both organic and inventec cricket bats. Organic bats always have original grains but grains on inventec bats are artificially drawn. It is very clear that grains don’t play any role in bat quality. We always use grade 1 willow on inventec bats. Orders received at WhatsApp and Facebook are considered to be accepted this.  there is no return or refund on inventec bats.
